Maurice, Count of Oldenburg

Maurice I ((ドイツ語:Moritz I.); c. 1145 – c. 1211) was Count of Oldenburg from 1169 through 1211. Count Maurice of Oldenburg was the son of Count Christian I of Oldenburg and his wife Kunigunde.
He married Salome, the daughter of Otto II, Count of Wickrath. Maurice and Salome were the parents of Christian II (Count of Oldenburg 1211-1233) and Otto I (Count of Oldenburg 1209-1251). He is the male-line progenitor of Charles, Prince of Wales.
